"Restos du Coeur"

in Nice

March 24^th 2002

On the initiative of Jean, our Assistant Director, and with the assistance of Gaby (not to be confused with Tonton Gaby) who organized this charity demonstration, Sunday March 24, 2002 was a day to remember.

Indeed, on the square Masséna, the legendary heart of the town of Nice, were gathered about fifty Harley-Davidson.

The Chapter proposed, throughout this spring Sunday, a ride on a Harley, in Nice, for a symbolic two Euros coin.

746 € was thus given to the persons in charge of the "Restos du coeur", delighted by this manifestation.

A short report over this day was published on the official Web site of the Town hall of Nice.

This event, with a charity goal, made possible to share our passion with the habitants of Nice and the tourists, in an almost magical environment, where good mood and the joy of living reigned throughout the day.

Considering the success of this manifestation, Gaby is considering renewing this experience next year..
